On the morning of January 14th, Guo Yuan, the head of the Personnel Department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, Chen Liping, the director of the Nursing Department, and Zhan Xianneng, the head nurse, went to the Nursing College to conduct recruitment interviews and exchange activities.

A total of 70 undergraduate and graduate students, as well as students from sister universities, participated in this job fair and conducted on-site interviews. Director Chen and Nurse Zhan from the Nursing Department of Guangyi Third Hospital had a friendly conversation with their classmates at the recruitment site. Our teacher Zhang Qing personally taught interview skills on site and arranged guidance for volunteers to do a good job of organization and coordination.

Zhao Haolu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Nursing, Liu Yanqun, Vice Dean, and Zhang Qing had a discussion and exchange with Director Guo Yuan and Director Chen Liping. The college welcomes the delegation from Guangzhou Third Hospital to carry out exchange activities, introducing our school's educational history, subject construction, graduate training, and student employment. Director Guo Yuan and Director Chen Liping introduced the development history of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, the hospital's characteristic disciplines, and the construction of specialty and nursing disciplines. During the symposium, both sides had in-depth exchanges and discussions on the employment of undergraduate and graduate nursing students, the construction of nursing disciplines and part-time graduate training, and the construction of nursing master's clinical practice bases.

Through this exchange activity, we have deepened mutual understanding between the two hospitals, promoted employment for graduates, promoted the common development of nursing teaching and clinical practice, and laid a solid foundation for further cooperation between the two sides.
